Velodroom Limburg is a leading sports hub where athletes, gymnastic clubs and cycling communities come together to train, compete and grow. With a state-of-the-art velodrome and a strong regional presence, the organisation wanted to strengthen its communication and create a clearer, more aligned content approach.

We started with a content workshop tailored to their team, a deep dive into audience needs, messaging, tone of voice and content opportunities specific to the velodrome and its ecosystem. After the workshop, we translated the insights into a six-month communication roll-out, ensuring consistent rollout across all channels. This included structuring content themes, identifying key storytelling angles, and shaping a clear framework the team could easily implement.
